In the past we had reminders to slow down. Not so long ago, many stores were closed on Sundays, we didn’t have social media, We didn’t have email, you didn’t have call waiting and our phones had...Busy Signals
You could actually call someone and not get an answer or voicemail. You couldn’t blow up their phone with repeated texts of the EYE emoji.
You heard that blasted dashed, intermittent tone reminding you that you had to wait.
Now we have the Accept or Reject Call Button.
In this crazy pace we live in, without our reminders and forced times to slow down, it’s like God is calling and we are faced with the choice to either Accept or Reject God’s call to be still and know that He is God.
